Vinification: soft squeezing of the grapes after being dried for 90 days, fermentation with insert of selected yeasts at controlled temperature. Ageing for 12 months in “acacia “ barriques; the barriques are for 50% new, for 50% of one year old
Organoleptic Visual inspection: pale-yellow with gold nuance.
Nose:
Taste: the taste is intense, aromatic and harmonic, full of sweet fruits perfumes and honey and sweet almonds smell
Gastronomy: ideal with cheese gorgonzola, roquefort or stilton, patè de foie gras, any delicate desserts.
