Organoleptic Visual inspection: pale yellow with green lights.
Nose: typical of the variety.
Taste: soft, lightly acid, persistent.
Gastronomy: ideal as aperitif, fish soup, caviar, seasoned Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese.
