Vinification: Harvest of the grapes in the night and immediately soft pressing, filtration of the must and hold it at zero degrees for about 2 months.
Processing: long and careful fermentation and effervescing natural in pressurized vats at a controlled temperature by insert of selected yeast.

Visual inspection: Rosè colour with purple notes.
Nose: bouquet of considerable finesse, delicate, with fragrances of white flowers, and strawberry’s note, exquisite femininity.
Taste: taste clean, elegant, with hints of currant and mineral notes, a wine that surprises by its fragrance and balance, long finish.
Gastronomy: suitable as for a drink and appetizers, snacks, pasta dishes, white meats, fried food including fish, a perfect marriage with the pizza.
